You may upload course materials, emails, client data, and other content ("User Content").

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and use your User Content solely to provide the Services, including training AI agents and generating automated responses.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use all User Content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate content, responses, and automation workflows.

AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it with your clients or in your business.

We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.

Some Services require a paid subscription. Fees and billing terms will be presented at signup.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days prior notice via email or platform notification.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

Our Services may integrate with third-party service providers (e.g., email platforms, CRM systems, scheduling tools, payment processors, cloud hosting).

Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the actions, failures, or data practices of third-party services.

The Services, including software, design, features, trademarks, and branding, are owned by Next Level Coach AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Services may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Fail to pay fees
• Misuse the Services or engage in fraudulent activity

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, though we may retain certain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or produce specific business results.
